			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You may be asking yourself, "What is the Russian method for building muscle?"  The answers that you will find in this article may surprise you.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>First off, let's set the record straight.  The Russian method to build muscle fast is not about steroids.  In fact, it has nothing to do with anabolic agents such as steroids or human growth hormone (GH).  Instead, the methods laid out here deal with natural modalities that can be practiced by virtually anyone with varying degrees of experience and skill.  Let's get started, shall we?</p>
<p> </p>
<p><span id="more-1014"></span></p>
<p>In 1947, the cold war broke out between the Soviet Republic and the Western world, the United State of America in particular.  During that time span (1947-1991), both Russia and the United States have contributed to exercise science in significantly different ways.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>In the West, aerobic conditioning (with oxygen) was made top priority by the federal powers that be.  Americans wanted soldiers who could outlast their enemies on the field of battle.  Strength training research took a backseat to endurance research and that's how it would be for four decades.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Soviets, on the other hand, saturated their efforts in anaerobic (without oxygen) research.  They wanted to unlock the secrets to strength and muscular power so that there soldiers could overwhelm their adversaries with unbridled force and quickness; endurance was an afterthought.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>It's only been in the last 15 years or so that the West has started to take an active interest in researching strength and power training.  However, the West will never be able to make up for the time that countries such as Russia have put into muscle training research and program design.  So instead of trying to forge a new and complex path for those of you who are trying to build muscle as fast as possible, we will simply take a page out of Russian research to find the answers we seek to build muscle fast.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When attempting to put on muscular body weight, you need to understand some basic principles of muscle physiology.  In this article, you will be introduced to one very important principle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Principle 1: Adaptation To Stress</strong></p>
<p>The body responds to repeated and abnormal stress by adapting.  Exploring Selye's general adaptation syndrome or GAS principle, we can see that the body must first be broken down through a process known as "micro-trauma," before it can be re-built to the point where the tissue is stronger and thicker than before. <br />
The nervous system will also adapt to a specific training regimen.  The frontal cortex of the brain needs to learn to streamline information between the nervous system itself (sensory intelligence) and the muscular system (motor intelligence).  In other words, the nervous system and the muscular system have to learn to work more efficiently with one another when performing certain exercises.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>When you can accomplish the aforementioned tasks, you're on the right path to building muscle fast, or, at least faster than your competition!  Let's take a look at an example of nervous system adaptation and muscular adaptation.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Nervous System Adaptation</p>
<p>Let's take an exercise like the push up for instance.  Before worrying about trying to build up your chest, improve local muscular endurance, and perform maximum repetitions to failure, one should laser his or her focus on the performance of that specific movement – the technique or efficiency of form in every single repetition.  </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Now this may seem like a no-brainer, but you'd be surprised at how many overly eager exercisers there are out there who are looking to benefit immediately from working out.  They are so eager, in fact, that they focus less on the technical aspects of the movement and more on the "pump" that they create from high repetitions in the push up – we're staying with the same example here.  However, if you took out a video camera and filmed their push up, they'd see themselves performing this movement with poor form.  Perhaps their hips are caved in; they're not locking out their arms once they ascend to the top, et cetera. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Break down each exercise that may be in your workout routine and try to perfect your technique.  It will help prevent injury and build more muscle in the long run because you're able to train more frequently and intensely.</p>

<p>Muscular System Adaptation</p>
<p>Once the nervous system is adept at sending the right signals to the motor system (your muscles carry out the will of the nervous system), your muscles will fire with effortless ease.  Let's take the same push up example that we used previously.  Now you are moving your body optimally throughout this exercise's full range of movement (ROM).  You can manipulate your push ups by placing a weight plate on your upper back or simply by performing higher repetitions with strict form.  Let the growing begin!</p>

Incorporate complex carbs and protein into your diet. Remember that you have three components for a <a href="http://www.bodybuilding-now.com/musclebuildingtips/mgs" style="color:#990000;font-weight:bold;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='muscle building';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">muscle building</a> diet – carbohydrates, proteins, and essential fats. Focus on lean protein and whole grain carbs. Sugary and white processed foods interfere with your glucose levels and immune system, and so do your best to avoid them. Remember that your efforts in the gym will only be compensated if you eat the right quantities of foods in the right proportions and at the right time. When eating in the right quantities, these food groups will cause massive spurts in a few short weeks alone.</p>

<p>The plan of the duck hunting boat was waterproof canvas stretched over a wooden frame. The frame was constructed so that it could fold up, being easy for the duck hunter to carry on his shoulder if and when it was necessary to porter round a stretch of the river. In fact, it being easy to carry meant it could be transported to wherever the hunter desired to launch it.</p>
<p>The canvas duck hunting punt was used for flats and marshes, being poled along, though it could also be rowed. Generally, it was between 12' and 15' in length, 3' wide and 1' deep.</p>
<p><span id="more-1004"></span></p>
<p>The sides were bolted together with 3/16ths of an inch brass bolts with winged nuts, the hinges were ordinary bar cut hinges. The sides pulled out to a series of V shapes, the end was just one V with the apex of the V being that part of the boat outside the water. A wooden concertina frame formed most of the bottom of the boat with wooden planks laid down horizontally below the two bench seats of the duck hunting boat, for the hunter's feet to rest on.</p>
<p>There was also a small wooden floor for the hunter who was poling the punt, to stand on.</p>
<p>The wood was either pine or rock elm and India-rubber draft excluders were used to make the joints tight. The loose canvas folded round the hinged joints.</p>
<p>The frame of the duck hunting punt was laid diagonally. All the sides folded in on the bottom. The two seats bolted on to them in such a way as to hold everything firmly together.</p>
<p>It would seem that this type of duck hunting punt is not manufactured today at all though folding canoes and kayaks exist. With small boat manufacturers being encouraged to make use of composite material in boat construction today, it seems improbable that any manufacturer will take on this type of boat construction.</p>
<p>For someone with ingenuity and some skill, it might be worth attempting to construct this canvas duck hunting punt. It would also preserve a little of American history. The total cost to construct it should turn out to be a lot lower than a purchased boat.</p>

Use the time minimal muscle gains to consolidate giant physical agility and flexibility. Start with strength training so that when you intensify the weight training, the body will better be able to handle the weights. </p>
<p> Like a farmer who tills his land before the rains, use the low growth moments to amplify your strength for the time when you increase intensity. With increased intensity, for as long as the body is strong enough to handle the increment without overtraining, comes renewed growth. Remember that intensity here refers to an application of maximal physical efforts in a systematic strategy so as to further development of a technically prepared motor skill. </p>
<p> For the warrior body builder to amplify intensity, he or she must begin by preparing the body to handle the increase in workload. A bad body form if forced to handle intensified workouts only results to injuries and accidents. No warrior ever goes to war without preparing and strategizing adequately on how to approach and overcome the enemy. So too does it work in body building. Prepare the body adequately to handle and overcome intensity challenges. Master the physical exertions and demands that accompany intense workouts. </p>
<p> But don't be hesitant in taking the leap forward. Remember that without pain there is never going to any gain. Learn to tolerate pain as a process of getting there in terms of body building gains. To overcome initial setbacks in muscle growth, warrior type body builders usually push their muscular endurance and capabilities to the exterior limits of absolute failure. That is the region on which maximal muscle stimulation occurs and growth is phenomenal. At that region, the region of the extra mile, not even poor genetics can stop you from bulking up.</p>

<p>In The first triceps biceps workout we are going to be super setting between perfect pushups and medium grip chin up.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Start the workout with pushups but with your hands level with your shoulder and your elbows close to your sides, do a set of around 14-15 reps don't go over this as we are only warming up.</p>
<p>The reason for incorporating chin-ups with the push ups is because when you do push ups for the triceps it incorporates allot of the back muscles, so not are you only training your triceps and biceps but you are training your chest and back as well.</p>
<p>Without rest move onto the chin up bar and with a medium grip perform 13-15 reps , if you find that chin ups are too hard then you can put a chair under your feet and give yourself a little helping hand to hit the reps you are aiming for.</p>
<p>If on the pushups you want to add weight then put a rucksack on your back and fill it with something like water bottles, bags of food or something even heavier.</p>
<p>After performing theses two exercises move onto dips using a chair or if you have one a bench put a weight onto your lap if your bodyweight is not enough super set this with reverse grip chin ups this will work the outer head of the biceps and the forearms.</p>
<p>Perform at least 5 working sets so anything from 10-12 reps will be a working set.</p>
<p>As the sets go on you probably won't be able to do more than 8 reps for both of these workouts but just do as many as you can.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>After the workout above you should have a good pump in your triceps, biceps, back and chest if not then you weren't doing the exercises properly.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The next triceps biceps workout without weights I am going to show you is done just with the resistance from you pushing one arm against the other.</p>
<p>Let me explain.</p>
<p>Sit on a chair with your elbow set on the inside of your leg as if you are going to perform a biceps concentration curl, hold your wrist with the other hand now bring the arm that is set on the inside of the leg up towards your chest but with the other hand try to stop the arm from coming up, by doing this the arm that is set on the inside of the leg will be workingout the biceps and the arm that is resisting the arm to curl up will be training the triceps muscle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Once you have performed a set of 12-15 reps change arms so that the other arm is now training the biceps and the arm resisting is training the triceps muscle.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Don't rest in between go straight from one arm to the next.</p>
<p>The beauty of this exercises is that you can add as much or as little resistance as you want a bit like someone helping you to push the last lot of reps out.</p>
<p>This sort of triceps biceps workout can be done with any biceps exercise for example hammer curl, standing biceps curl, reverse curl just hold the wrist with the other hand and push and pull so you workout the triceps and the biceps at the same time.</p>
<p> </p>
